I made 2 orders, on the 1st one, I had to return a couple of sweatpants that didn't fit properly (I still haven't received the reimbursement, but it should e done shortly), I kept a hoodie and I adore it. I contacted customer service to track the order as I had no valid tracking number for the delivery carrier and they were super helpful. I made the 2nd order for another sweatpants in the correct size and it arrived within a few days and it's amazing. The quality is topnotch but bear in mind that the sizes run small.
The website have system problem, it always auto fill up my old address to be the default address even though I have tried to input my new address many times.Eventually make my package sent to my old wrong address , and can't get my package and lose my money and I have to spend money to buy the same clothes again.I address this problem to customer services and they help me nothing.And now you said my opinion matters? this is my opinion, thanks.
