The service and quality of product is truly refreshing under todays conditions. Amazing all around. Sizing needs to be changed up to match US sizing a bit better. I purchase Superdry for my Son in college. He wears 4X Superdry tee's but normally XL's.
The selection of clothing is excellent but the website does not display the items in a logical way. Suppose you like a shirt and the caption says "4 colors", well when you click on this you find out there are 4 different designs. The item you like in blue is not available in green, it's a totally different shirt. This makes shopping very tedious. It's also easy for your shopping cart do drop all your choices in the 2 minutes you take to find your credit card, forcing you to start over. Most annoying.Of course, the items finally delivered are quite nice, high quality fabrics and great designs. Some of the fabrics are amazing!
We found these shirts in a mall and tried two. My husband is 6'1", 230 lbs so we he did not want them to fit tightly, so we tried the 3X. It worked perfectly, and moreover he actually loved wearing the shirts. So much so that he now has a collection of every color long sleeve Superdry, mostly orange label shirts. The product is excellent, even after washing (cold water in the machine). Ordering from Superdry was no fuss.
