very unfortunate customer service, i purchased 13 items , because the website has in bold letters "free delivery free returns" .When the 13 items arrived 6 of them fit me and the other 7 items where either too tight or to large. I then proceed to try and exchange and apparently their is a strict no return policy. I rechecked the site and the no return language is hidden in the care section for the clothes. I really like the quality of super dry however this experience has put a bad taste in my mouth. very unfortunate for this company because I didn't even want my money back , store credit would have been fine , but the answer is still no... i guess read the fine print hidden in the care section for the clothes because customer service is non existent .
Superdry Please Fix This!!There are two main issues I have had...1. The website doesn't work properly and results in multiple purchases that you cant undo or cancel. There is no confirmation on the site that your purchase has been successful, it just goes back to the home page as if something went wrong. I ordered 3 shirts, but the order was placed 5 times!!!2. Shirt sizes vary enormously XL in one shirt is tight then in another baggy.
