I think the design, history and quality of the product is good. However, in a global marketplace a designer should really strive to provide products that are a good fit and usable for all kinds of people. I find that the sizes are woefully inadequate and difficult to translate for many people in many countries. I know there is a limit to size offerings from any designer, but even the most sought after designers are able to offer more flexibility in their size offerings. Still, even if Superdry were to be a very conservative exclusive designer, their size range would still be inadequate and confusing for a global stage. Superdry should continue with core offerings in its original market, but should really take deep consideration of reworking the interface and offerings to the global market.
My son likes the clothing but I find the website a pain the use. I don't know if the site doesn't use cookies, or if there is some other problem, but the cart doesn't save for very long before emptying itself. Navigation is iffy & key word searches aren't consistent for the actual products sold.
