Outstanding products! This brand is the only one that I've been buying since I discovered the brand 6 years ago for jackets or Coats. Every time I keep buying more and more stuff from them because they don't only look awesome but they perform excellent. My first coat still looking like brand new and it's 6 years old I keep using it every winter over and over again the zippers still working in perfect condition. I recommend it 100% without a doubt just make sure you get 1 size bigger than what you normally use because they are smaller than US sizes.
The jackets I got on sale were great! HOWEVER, I was shipped a damaged jacket and customer service di not seem great, so I rated it a 3. One of my jackets, the Ionic Windcheater (G50110LT), had two cuts at the bottom of the jacket when it was delivered (I noticed the two cuts immediately after taking the jacket out of the plastic package, I took photos for record). Right away, I tried calling and using the online return/exchange, but, because the jackets I purchased were on sale online and had a no return policy, I wasn't able to even exchange the damaged jacket. I would have given a higher rating, but it's unfortunate that I couldn't at least exchange the damage jacket.
The sizing is very misleading online and I wish they would post in detail which outfits are allowed to be refunded because I wasted money for purchasing final sale items. It's too risky to shop online here, I was trying to avoid going to a store because of pandemic unfortunately seems like you must go to a superdry store in order to buy clothes from here that actually fit properly. Lessoned learned.
