Love the product and value but the website for online purchasing is outdated, which is not in line with the brand promise. The functionality feels first generation, sign up for the discounts doesn’t work (I’ve tried twice) and customer service is poor - delayed and impersonal online response and indifferent telephone representatives.Foe this reason I keep my purchases to a minimum.
Superdry is too unpredictable when buying your size. It's best to go into a store and try it on. I ordered a jacket, the reviews said it runs small.i ordered a size up, still too small. Now I'm stuck with it because of the no return policy. Some items run true to size, some run small and some run super small. And it's all the same, Large. Crazy. Never again
