Beware that clothes that are discounted by 50% or more cannot be returned even though this is not clearly stated anywhere (not on the product page, not on the return policy site, not at checkout, not on your receipt). I did not realize what I bought was considered a "Final Sale" item (this was not stated anywhere) and so I was not able to return clothes that ended up not fitting well. This lack of clarity frankly felt very deceptive.
Hi, I purchased few items and I thought they are on "Sale" but not "Final Sale". Before I purchased the items I checked that product description and confirmed that the items are not on "Final Sale". However, when I tried to return the items through online portal I am getting a message that "Order can't be returned as it contains non returnable products only". Below are the order numbers. How would I know if the product description doesn't indicate that the items are not returnable? Firstly, I am very dissatisfied that the items I bought are not true to their size.
