Only a backup card, not a primary one

This card should only be used as a backup. The customer service is slow and unhelpful, which is incredibly frustrating. Their verification process is a nightmare, requiring extensive personal information and then making you wait 20 days for a physical letter. They often block your card without warning, leaving you in tough situations. Save yourself the trouble; this card isn't worth it.

App issues and poor customer support

The app is terrible. After a simple transfer, my card was locked. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to unlock it, only for it to lock again later due to 'suspicious' transactions. The app asked for my full bank account number, which I couldn't access because my account was locked. I ended up stuck on the phone again just to retrieve my own information. This entire process is a frustrating mess.
