Very poor customer service experience.

I am extremely unhappy with the customer service here. I was charged $251 for six overdrafts, four of which were for laundry purchases. The branch manager is quite untrustworthy. After paying the overdraft, they closed my account due to a personal issue they have with me. I feel like I lost $70 and was charged for services that were never rendered. I strongly recommend avoiding this bank, especially this branch, as it seems to hire individuals with very low competence, as demonstrated by the branch manager's actions. This bank could be described as dishonest and untrustworthy.

Terrible customer support

I highly advise staying away from this bank, especially this branch. It seems to hire individuals with very low competence, as shown by the branch manager's behavior. Immediate action required!

Subject: Formal Complaint – Employee Misconduct and Harassment. To Whom It May Concern, I am requesting urgent action regarding a serious incident at your branch. While legally parked on a public road near the bank, an employee began taking photos of me from various angles, even stepping off bank property to do so. About 20 minutes later, law enforcement arrived because this employee had called them. I have video evidence of officers stating that this employee falsely accused me of attempting to hack ATMs. This is defamatory and has caused me significant distress. If this matter is not resolved immediately, including the dismissal of the responsible employee, I will have to consider legal action. I expect a prompt written response outlining the actions taken.

Zero stars would be too generous

If I could give a zero-star review, I would, as this bank deserves negative ratings. I've never encountered such incompetence in a banking institution. I believe federal regulators should step in and force a sale to a larger institution. The ongoing issues with their systems prevent me from conducting my business effectively. It's a complete disaster.

Awful experience at this branch

The branch in the southern part of town is terrible. The customer service is lacking and ineffective. I've attempted to close an account five times, but they always provide excuses after following their instructions, and the story keeps changing! Now I have an attorney involved. They take your money, and good luck trying to leave! No one offers a straightforward answer. For a bank, they are the worst you could encounter. I often see multiple employees doing nothing while one person handles the line. The manager should be embarrassed.

Disappointing banking experience

We previously had excellent service from another bank, but after the acquisition by this one, everything has deteriorated. We own a commercial property and have never missed a payment. Now, while trying to refinance with this bank, it feels like they don't want our business. I hope another bank sees this and is interested in a significant mortgage payment from us.

A decline since the takeover

Since the takeover of the previous bank, this one has completely declined. I can no longer use the app, and I can’t use certain browsers, making it impossible to track my accounts. Don't waste your time with this bank; using a mattress for savings would be more effective.

I was unfairly treated

Some of this may be my fault; I chose this bank because of its location and felt sympathy after their government troubles. Two years later, I received a letter stating all my accounts were being closed without explanation. When I went in to retrieve my funds, they refused to give me my money. Even after disabling my auto payments, they still attempted to process them, leaving me without my funds. To top it off, while I waited for 45 minutes, the teller tried to sell me a credit card. What a frustrating experience!

Terrible policies and service

The policies, fees, and customer service here are the worst I’ve ever encountered! The staff turnover at this branch is astonishing, and the manager is rarely available. They’ve mishandled several transactions, including a significant wire transfer. My debit card has been unexpectedly shut off for suspicious activity, despite staying well under the daily limit. Their system is erratic and unhelpful, and they seem indifferent to customer concerns. I will be sharing my negative experiences with friends and family. I don't trust this bank with my money anymore.

Poor commercial banking experience

The commercial banking services here are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. As a licensed bookkeeper, I find their reporting to be inaccurate and the entire process cumbersome. If you are a business, do not switch to this bank.
