Never got my package because I've been going back and forth with ups for a whole week trying to get my package and now I have to go out of town so I won't be able to get it and they're returning it to sender. Use a shipping service that's competent. Now I have to figure out how to get a refund. Pain in the ass
I’ve always ordered from Super Dry like always clothes bags ect. But these last two times have been horrendous. I’ve gotten my packages with at least 1-2 items missing and I’ve reached out but like always they’re phone system is down in the US. I’ve sent various emails and have not received a reply. Looks like I’m going to have to leave the brand very soon. Sucks because you guys make great products.
