On the winter clothes such as jackets, sweaters, and long sleeve henleys, I would like to see more description about where the item is made, what percentage of each material being used, and see a scale of the warmth level of the clothing. (such as light warmth, moderate, very warm, or heavyweight)
I brought this jacket when it was $66.47 and it was not a final sale product. After I got the cloth, the size is running small and it is not fit well. I tried to change the jacket to a bigger size or return it. However, the price dropped to $47.48 , the product became final sale. I can't return/ refund or even change the size. This is unfair to customer who brought online. So depress from this experience.
I ordered a dress in store online on March 1 2021. Still haven't received it. It was supposed to be delivered to the store at 90 - 15 Queens Blvd. Space 1055 Elmhurst N.Y. 11373. Tracking said was delivered to my home on March 3 2021. I am still waiting for my dress.
Bought a couple t shirts that didn't fit right( too small ) that I asked for a exchange and refund on another one .I know the returned items arrived on Wednesday to Superdry but never got a email about that Also 3 days later still haven't heard from my refund or exchange , so I had to call customer service that about that Finally the exchange got done but my refunds still no idea where they are ... Or got any email with information about that .Customer service did solve the problem about my exchanged but didn't do a good job in asking about anything else , or can I help with anything else , he instead said " no worries"and ended the chat without saying goodbye or have a good day, or can I help with anything else ....Still waiting on my refunds or a email letting me now what's going on .Not the best customer service or service in general I'll wait a couple days for my refund or I'll will have to go to my bank to dispute those charges on my credit card as I don't hear from SuperdryHow hard is it to send a email to customers with information about the orders, refunds, or their items ??? Maybe invest some time and training on customer service so that cover all those questions before people feel the need to dispute charges done by Superdry .Have a good day
