The customer service is truly lacking. I ordered some jeans and got tracking information, only to find out they were delivered to a completely different address over 100 miles away! I've received no replies to my emails, there's no phone number to reach out to, and the courier can't provide any further details due to privacy policies. This has been a waste of money, so I strongly advise against trusting this service.
