I absolutely love your clothing, you would probably be my favorite brand - BUT - you don’t make clothes in sizes to fit American adult. Everything is incredibly undersized and you pretty much don’t have a size that would fit me at all for most items.I’m size L/14. I’m 5’8, 185 lbs. Your XXL barely fits me (some items still don’t). If you’re serious about existing on American market A - label the sizes correctly, according to local standards. B - make them in sizes that fit American population. My boyfriend is 6’1 - 210 lbs which is just an average male. I tried to buy him some of your stuff and even the largest sizes look like children’s clothing next to him.I think both design and quality of your products are awesome and I look forward to being able to buy something more than shoes and accessories.
Your service has been super lousy at best as of late. Where your company's service was previously a little better. Not personal answering calls vs an animated person can make all the difference. Your shipping schedule also seems as if it needs to be reviewed....Thank you
