Expectations exceeded

Ordered a pair of AXO boots shipped to the USA and the service was top notch! They sent email updates on my order and I could track it's location to my door. I was told it would take around 10 days which is about what they took to get here. Overall it was a great buying experience!

Shipping notifications and customer service were excellent.

I'm in the US and have only ordered from this company once.After ordering I received several emails which kept me apprised of the package’s progress throughout it’s journey.Unfortunately I needed to return the shoes because the mfgr’s EU-US size conversion was incorrect and they were too small.FSE sent me a prepaid return label which made it free to send them back. I did keep another item from the order.UPDATE:A couple days ago (over 2 months since returning the shoes) I received a mystery package in my mailbox. Nothing on the label indicated it was from FSE, though it does say "free-goody pack."There was no note or explanation inside either, but was obvious from the contents who it was from. I assume it’s a "thanks for ordering from us" gift.It contained a sheet of stickers, a cardboard coaster, a pair of FSE sunglasses in a microfiber bag, a nylon FSE banner and a pack of gummy candy. Quite a haul!I hope they don’t send this sort of swag for all orders, or regular customers will end up with a pile of stuff they don’t need and it’ll make it way to landfills.I have no use for any of it except the 1/2 oz. of candy. I’m an older guy and don’t plaster things with stickers or hang banners. Nor do I wear cheap, plastic sunglasses, but for what they are they’re really not bad. They’re rated UV 400 and I’m sure many younger folks would find them stylish.Nice gesture, but flawed execution and a waste of money.But a pleasant surprise nonetheless. :-)I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.But since my bike was stolen right after ordering, I no longer have a need for any type of sporting gear or apparel.
