Review Time
Second time I have ordered from here and second time I am disappointed. Last time I received the wrong color and pens.com claimed it was correct. Blue is not purple and purple is not blue. This time the pens are tiny. Maybe suited for kids.
This was my first time dealing with Pens. I really liked the sample that I was given and that is why I chose to order from Pens. I did not care for the color of green that chose for the pens I ordered---that is on me.The first correspondence occurred when I didn't see the place the church's phone number. Got that taken care of. I put my name on the order but it was not my name on the order. I did cross off the name Randy Bolt--I thought I was starting my own account. I work for Trinity. My thought was new order new name.I was surprised to learn that a set up fee is charged every time there is an order, even if there was no change in the pattern. I have never had to pay for a set up once the pattern was on file; the standard procedure was the design was kept and used when necessary (for shirts, water bottles, pens, etc.) The standard operating procedure focus seems to be the dollar---any way you can.,Then, I was told that my check for $34.50, the price of the pens couldn't be found. It was resent with the church phone number. I did not include the price of the pens when I paid the bill. I believe that the company should check with whoever receives the orders and see what they have done with it.It will be awhile before I order from Pens again, although your products are of good quality. Because I paid for this order out of my pocket to give as gifts, I will have to save up in order to use Pens again.
I ordered the pencils on August 25th for an event on September 14th. They didn't arrive until Friday, September 19th (a month after I ordered them). I called several times to request a partial refund, and no one got back to me. I have been a customer for over a decade, but I may not be back :-(
The box was beat up and partly opened. The notebooks are falling apart. Some of the pen holders are not attached as in non existent. Some of the page holders are not attached or fall off. A few of the notbooks looked like they were kicked around on a floor then placed in the box. There are manufacturing and shipping disputes on this order. This is my first experience. There is a very large amount of room for improvement in your operations department. Respectfully, Jeffrey DunnCooperative Logistical Support
