I suggest that the purchasers limit their information to THREE LINES. Four lines make it more difficult for the customer to read. Also, I tried placing a QR CODE on the pen (as a logo). It doesn't work, probably since the barrel of the pen is circular, and you cannot scan the complete QR CODE simultaneously.
The item we received was not the item we tried to ordered. The item we tried to purchase was denied because someone from Pens decided to shipped an item that was not requested. I am awaiting Pens authorization to return the item back to Pens.
