I had a two incredibly helpful conversations with Direct business support specialist Scott Gilder over the phone to discuss a small business loan.
Scott was an incredibly friendly guy who had a good discussion with me about my situation and went through various options with me until together we decided that i would increase my overdraft for a short period instead of taking the loan, which amounted to me saving some money on interest.
