Needs some review

I am waiting for the first charge from ZIP on my account to drop off. The transaction never went through, but it still shows that charge as pending in my bank statements. I will change my review when/if there is any change made to this pending transaction.

I was shorted 4 pens .I sent an el-mail that i was but got no response. I have ordered several times & never counted pens before.. But this time I needed 150 and only received 146. Love the pens.
