Review Time
I purchased a new lap top in August with the purchase of ESET US. I understood it was installed at the time of old laptop data transfer to the new. To my dismay fit was not installed. The tech store priority care service installed your product. I have no idea if it is present or not. Working on that now. I am receiving alerts from HP security app and I have no idea what is going on with ESET.
I dread each subscription renewal. The process is always very awkward, hopping from window to window and not certain about which device is covered or not. This time I had to select a device to delete ESET coverage when my records show I only had one device already. But ESET showed two. And I wasn't sure about the devices names to select from. I was lucky and didn't delete coverage of my daily PC. (The date below could be off by a day or two.)
I was very pleased. Tim communicated with me prior to his arrival and gave me an approximate time of arrival and was spit on. He was very professional and answered my questions and concerns. I hope I never need service again but if I do, I sure hope Tim is the repair person.
Just got a runaround between the warranty company and the vendor, Elmo's Appliance Repair since July. Washer still not fixed. Have only had it for 16 months. Vendor came out in July. Very arrogant and condescending. Washer didn't work afterwards. Called warranty company. They kept assigning the same vendor who said he doesn't service my area even after coming out in July. He got nasty with me on the phone telling me I need to tell warranty company what vendor to assign. What? I'm the customer. Doesn't the warranty company have a list of current vendors? Very disheartening when people don't do their jobs correctly. I will probably cancel the warranty as it is not doing me any good to get my washer fixed.
