July 24 order for 500 pens was lost after the full approval cycle. Order was re-entered by my Rep with the wrong logo. That was corrected but the order was still processed and received on Sept 22 with the WRONG imprint! Contacted my Rep, replied "not my error -- was a production error." No corrective action taken -- and I will not pay for 500 pens with the wrong logo. A full replacement order with the correct and approved NHRTC imprint is desired.
