Technician was extremely rude

Technician was extremely rude. He took a personal phone call while he was reparing my freezer. The language barrier was painful. Any questions I asked were brushed off. His demeanor was very abrupt.

Sales rep knew when I needed the items and they arrived 2 days later. Originally they gave me a refund (confirmation via chat) but then when I followed up they said the ticket was closed with no payment
