Shipped to the wrong state

Shipped to the wrong state. I had to pay for 2-day shipping to receive it in time for the trade show. Three times, I had to have the account representative change the information to the New Mexico office, and it was still sent to Utah. Lucky for me, Utah realized it wasn't for them and used their time to immediately ship the boxes to me.

The processing time on the item was…

The processing time on the item was misleading. It said ships in 2 business days. However, there is design, processing, and other things that happen before my order can ship. This is too late for my event.
