After spending some time with lexy who I assumed was an AI ROBOT, I finally asked to speak to someone in person. I was given the number and did not have to wait for a technician. She was super helpful. Listened intently and brainstormed with me. I feel like I can use the app now; hopefully proficiently.

Enhanced support for enterprise-level policy management and real-time threat intelligence integration could also improve adaptability against emerging threats. Finally, providing detailed logs and alerts would give users better visibility into potential incidents.
There is nothing like being awakened from the light on your computer being emitted at 2:00 in the morning, and dashing into the office to find my Turbo tax return on the screen, when I did not engage it myself. Someone had accessed my computer remotely and was going through my files. I really thought a security software would stop this type of intrusion....but no.
