Horrible experience.

The technician that came was extremely new. He told me that this was his first week on the job alone. He was supposed to fix my icemaker, and did not know how to do it. He kept leaving the refrigerator door open, even after the signals kept dinging. I asked him numerous times to close the doors when he was not working on it. He was using YouTube trying to figure out how to fix my icemaker. He called a coworker, and he tried to walk him through the steps, but he was unable to fix it. At one point, the icemaker started to give off gassy fumes. The technician says “oh this isn’t good” at that point. I just asked him to please put the old machine back since he didn’t know how to put the new machine in and he seemed to be breaking something. There was a loud cracking noise and he said “ oh man, no pieces flew off.” I was very uncomfortable that he was fixing my icemaker correctly. He put the old ice maker back but I was unsure if he even did that correctly. the next morning when I woke up. I open the refrigerator to get a cold bottle of water and the water was warm. I panicked and felt everything in my fridge and everything was warm. I opened the freezer and everything was mostly defrosted. I have no idea what this technician did but he broke my fridge. I had to throw away everything that was in my refrigerator & freezer including $400 worth of medication. I left for work and when I came back a few hours later my house smelled like wires have been burnt. I contacted the Samsung customer service care and they said that smell is not good and I should turn the breaker off on my refrigerator, so I turned the breaker off. This has been the most awful experience. No one at domestic and general can help me and gave me the number for Sears to call and the number for Sears is only an automated number so I’ve not been able to speak to anybody. someone was supposed to come today to look at the refrigerator and see if they were able to fix it or deem it nonfixable and I stayed home from work because it was an 8 to 5 window. I got a message mid day that they will not be coming today and they will be coming tomorrow which means I will have to stay from work again tomorrow. I now have no working refrigerator and am wondering who’s covering the cost of everything I lost & what I’m supposed to do since this technician basically broke my entire fridge when I only needed my ice maker fixed. I’m super frustrated.

10 out of 10

Arrived in a timely manner. Had the parts to fix the issue after he figured out what was wrong with it. Took about a hour total for all repairs. Would definitely request the next time I have issues with my washer.

My stove was never repaired

My stove was never repaired. The tech from T&J onsite repair came out, took pics, said “they don’t like to cover stuff like this…” a left all within 60 seconds. No one has come back. I contacted D&G and they opened a case but I am yet to receive any kind of response about or solution to it. I even told them T&J is badly reviewed for repeatedly doing this to customers of D&G.

If you're on the fence, READ THIS REVIEW

This is my second set of two pairs of Steel Blue boots. After trying without success, at least a dozen other brands, some cheap, some expensive, well-known brands, I finally discovered Steel Blue boots. At first I was hesitant because I had already spent several hundred dollars on boots that didn't fit right, hurt, fell apart, were a pain to get on and off, etc. I opted to try Steel Blue anyway because I needed good steel toe, slip-resistant boots for work and my feet were in constant agony. I bought the pink and purple pairs so I could switch them out. As soon as I put my foot inside, I knew they were different! They were roomy, comfortable, and the top of the boot landed at a comfortable place around my ankles with a contour around the back. That allowed me the flexibility to bend my feet and ankles without having stiff leather jamming the back of my leg. The zipper and Velcro tabs on the sides are ingenious, making them 1000% easier to get on and off, and not once did the zippers ever get stuck or break. I've gotten them caked with mud and they still zip with ease. Gone are the days of hooking, lacing, tightening and unhooking and loosening my laces. The level of comfort has been second to none. I wear my boots 6-7 days per week, approximately 12-15 hours per day on average. Switching out between the two pairs gave my feet a break, though I finally had no pain wearing boots. The first two pairs lasted a little over two years and had I taken better care of them, would have lasted much longer, I have no doubt. I beat these boots to death and they took it day in and day out in all types of weather. I've gotten them soaked in the rain, crusted with mud, filled with pebbles and dirt, cement, you make it. Not a rip, not a tear, not a crack. There was ZERO hesitation when it came to replacing them, and I did so reluctantly because they had served me well. I knew within a few days and even moreso a year later that I wouldn't ever wear another boot other than Blue Steel. I purchased two fresh pairs in pink and blue about two months ago, and the quality and consistency is on par. I cannot tell you how many times these boots have saved my toes, my feet, and probably my life. I work in construction and the steel toe is roomy and trustworthy. The slip-resistant and puncture-resistant sole has stopped me from sliding off a roof, slipping down wet, oily stairs, and have prevented multiple rusty nails from entering my feet. If you have any doubt about a pair of reliable, quality, comfortable, safe work boots, then look no further than Steel Blue. They are by far the best work boots I have EVER owned. One important suggestion with all steel toe boots is to size up 1/2 to 1 size and even with my regular width feet, found I benefitted from wide width. That little bit of extra room isn't too much; it gives breathing room and enough space to add a pair of insoles without crushing your toes a year later if you wear them as many hours as I do. I would put my name on these boots as quickly as I put my name on my work.

The product is good & the personalization was excellent. I'm not happy that the color for the lid doesn't look like the picture at all. The picture looked more like a teal green but the lids I received are dark green & it doesn't go with my color scheme at all.

My experience with Square’s customers service representative.

My experience with Square’s customer service has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I reached out twice via chat about the same issue, and both times I spoke with different representatives. During the first chat, I specifically asked for a case number to avoid having to repeat myself if the issue wasn't resolved — a basic and reasonable request. Unfortunately, when I contacted support again, the second representative was completely unable to locate the previous chat or any record of the conversation. This shows an alarming lack of continuity and organization in your support system. It’s unacceptable that customers are forced to start over from scratch every time they seek help. For a company that manages financial services, this level of incompetence is not only unprofessional but also completely erodes trust.Square seriously needs to improve the way support cases are tracked and handled. Right now, your support process feels broken and unreliable.

Great experience with knowledgeable tech

After spending some time with lexy who I assumed was an AI ROBOT, I finally asked to speak to someone in person. I was given the number and did not have to wait for a technician. She was super helpful. Listened intently and brainstormed with me. I feel like I can use the app now; hopefully proficiently.
