The repairman showed up to the house, took a look at the dishwasher and started telling me all the things that were wrong. He then told me to simply go get the parts from Home Depot to DIY it or simply make another appointment for them to come back to fix it. I had to hire someone else to fix my dishwasher. This service is very poor. Will never use them again.
I am always confident to be serviced during the timeframe I am scheduled. My repairman, Will, is an example of friendly excellence and competent work. I enjoyed his kind manner and the respect shown to me. I can’t say enough praise about him. I wish everyone had employees representing their company like he does. Thanks again for a great visit. I have been purchasing items from P ens.com for years. I had a hard time getting to speak to a representative to place my order. I was put on hold on one occasion and after over 20 mins I hung up the call. I was still frustrated when I decided to try to reorder. I was urinalysis was going to purchase 500 pens and changed my mind and cut the order to 300.Also I do not recall being told that charges for the 300 pens would be an additional $59.40 for tariffs. I have also placed an additional order forthcoming.
