I spoke with Jonathan twice. The first time he sent me the email detailing which documents I needed to submit to make a claim.
The second time, he helped me by actually filling out the claim for me since there was a problem with the platform to submit the claim. I could not open the claim to complete it, and the claim was under my daughter's name.
I had an unpleasant experience with the service. The dates on my policy were incorrect, and reaching someone to make changes was nearly impossible. I eventually had to request a refund through my credit card provider and purchase new insurance from another provider.
