The pens that were printed came out bad. They offered to reprint them or give me a refund. I chose the refund but asked for a check as the bank acount had been closed. I asked for this back on Sept. 15th and was told they would send a check and it would take 7-10 business days. It has been 14 business days and never received anything. Now I am being told that the check mailed out on Oct. 2. That is almost a full 3 weeks and no one told me back on Sept. 15th that they had to wait till the end of the month to cut a check.
