I am always provided help from my customer service representative that saves me money and time. When I present a problem, they always provide a solution that works in my favor. The ease of ordering and receiving my merchandise in a timely manner is outstanding, especially since I am ordering for several different organizations!!
I ordered 2 colors of the same pen w/ the same artwork in the same color. One artwork for one of the pens was changed and it took several emails and a phone call to correct it so it would be the same as the other pen. Received half my order very quickly with the right artwork and still waiting for the second half of the order. I don't understand when you order the same art on 2 different colored pens why they aren't the same right away.
