I have been using ESET for several years without any issues. Most issues I had were technical issues that I could resolve myself, if not then I would call for tech support.
We've been 'with ESET for 12+ years and you've been the good watchdog in that time. Just one item: Some weeks ago I got a Trojan H on my Samsung Android. Calling your techs did not help, I was advised to reset the system. I went to a Russian technician here in Redmond and he "cleaned" the phone in an hour. I assume that this required a hands-on repair.We will stay with ESET!
