I have been a customer for almost 20 years. It has always done a terrific job. What I like the most about Eset is that it has evolved but not into Bloatware as the competition has. Eset is not a resource hog and it sticks with what it does best...Stops Malware & Viruses.
Somehow when trying to reach tech support, I got a bad phone number and ended up with a scammer. (I think. Who knows how that happens but clearly they are much more clever than me!)
