Be careful

First off I didn't like that you charged an extra for for tariff. This should have been absorbed by your company. Second I ordered 1000 pens and to date only 500 have arrived. Of those 500, they write well however the red cover over the gel tip is hard to get off.

No assistance as I received previously

On my last order someone helped me on email and I saved a little money. This time, when I emailed her, no reply. So I ordered and had to pay shipping & handling and setup charge. The calendar was already set up; they mailed it to me. I shouldn't have had to pay that charge.

Love these pens!!!

The pens were perfect, but I made a mistake and forgot to add a line. The only complaint is I wish there was someone to review and bring to your attention if there is a mistake. I am still handing them out and they write well and are really well made.
