I would NEVER use this service again. I had them for six months, and they were brand new to these kinds of services. The customer service is HORRIBLE and nearly impossible to get a hold of, and then when you do, most of them do not know the service. Six months into my service, it was discontinued due to violating one of their many polices. I called customer service, having no idea what I had done (my needs are simple), and they said, "We can't tell you." WHAT? I responded, "You mean you can't tell me the policy I violated, so I don't know what I did wrong so that I can fix it?" They said, "YES". I'm DONE@
I like the notifications I get from the live credit monitoring. I feel safer knowing if anything happens, I'll get notified within minutes. The anti theft protection is on par. There is also a lot of different settings for advanced antivirus protection, and my personal favorite, gaming mode!
