The website for renewal is a train wreck. As an example, every license has its own billing information, even though they are all under one account. Navigation is a mess; there are multiple ways of doing things but one has to hunt for them and the meaning isn't always clear.Also, the antivirus product reports that the status has changed in Windows for startup scripts and it has allowed the change, but it never says anything useful whatsoever about what the specific change that it allowed was. The scanning interface is messy and restrictive.There are lots of other problems. ESET seems to have a good basic program (or so I hope), but interfaces are not their strength.
I have used ESET security products on my personal systems and have sold them as a reseller on business and individual systems for years now. I have never had any problems. As a TSR the impact is minimal and the protection seems better than all other competitors I've seen.
Went back and forth on the color of ink and when we chose the color of ink it still was a different color than we had requested. And instead of sending it the first time to production it was the second time I had to get someone who could do the bags correctly.
