Every order I’ve ever got was assorted colors pens. I ask for brighter colors pens and received all blue pens. I got the run around say voice call said I agree to all blue pens which is false. Plus all the new pens don’t even have tips so many are dried out. Never again will I buy pens for here.
Sometimes, you just don't need 12 of an item or 500, etc. Low minimums allow me to take on more simple, personalized projects for my customers. The quality of the product is excellent and my customer was beyond happy ( I ordered a customized embroidered cap). The turnaround time was quick, packaging was secure.
