Review Time
Generally like the product. It seems to work well. Two nuisances are how they report I have awesome results, but they keep saying I should upgrade. Not sure how an upgrade would improve the results. Also, they keep wanting me to add the product to more devices but I don't have any other devices. It is easy enough to ignore & delete the emails, but it is a nuisance.
We were challenged by a barrage of innocent looking Paypal messages that apparently contained malware intended to steal identity. Our previous virus protection did not notice the malware. The computer tech company we consulted that cleaned the malware off that computer suggested ESET security. We have been pleased by the level of alerts & we hope it continues to help keep our devices safe.We recently renewed our ESET Security and took advantage of special pricing for premium upgrade & 3 year term options for 4 devices.
Love using Eset as my antivirus protection. I was disappointed though that I must have purchased a new years subscription incorrectly because instead of my coverage starting on day after my current eset subscription ended, it started right away!! Therefore I lost out on two weeks of prepaid coverage. Not sure why that happened and seems a bit unfair. Wish they could start new year after your currently year expires.
