Square had always had a great reputation and easy to use when I've been on the payment end but having it as my POS in my store is even better! The depths of the reports is great, especially how it integrates with QB and during tax time. I have used the Square Loan before and it was a true blessing when I need it. I can't comment on the customer service because it's been 1 full year since I've signed up and I've never had to call/ email/chat because I haven't ever had an issue. I'm sure that would go smoothly as well. Thanks Square!
We depend urgently on ESET to keep our computers safe, and have never had a virus that ESET failed to quarantine. Our rating would have been 5 stars, except that after we paid for two years on two computers, our receipt indicated that we had only purchased security for one computer. Both of my computers were updated with ESET correctly, but the receipt had us wondering for several days.
I had a great experience getting my washer repaired. I called and reported a issue with my washer and I had a service technician scheduled to come out within the week. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with everyone that helped resolve my issue.
