Great Product

The customer service rep was great. He worked with me on price however what was very disappointing was the additional charge for a tariff. One the company is charging enough they could have absorbed it. Secondly if the cost is under $800 right now there is no tariff so I think it is the company s way to make more money

The pens are nice and not cheap…

The pens are nice and not cheap looking. The delivery was quick. I deducted 1 star because I had to pay $20 tariff fee and $40 logo fee and I was not able to get my whole logo I just used a heart.

Quick easy order delivery

Ordering was easy. I have an account set-up. Pens.com saved the company info and logo.We were ordering same item previously ordered. All went very well, very fast. Products were delivered within the promised time frame.

Horrible customer service

Family member sent hat to me as a gift. Pens sent it to the wrong address even after I asked them to change it repeatedly. Then UPS delivered it to the wrong “wrong” address and weeks later I still have no hat and no resolutions. Will likely have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do not use this company. If there are any issues, good luck getting your money back. Very bad customer service. I don’t know about quality of goods. I never received them.

I received the wrong order and haven't got it corrected after 3 weeks

I received someone else's pens and notified you 3 weeks ago. I have had multiple communications and still don't have my corrected order.

Untrustworthy, will shut down your business without reason.

After almost two years of using square to process transaction in our store, they turned around one day and cancelled our account without giving reason. When asked for a reason they said they don't have to give any store a reason for canceling an account. All customer service is outsourced. Avoid Square and try and find a real payment processor.
