Untrustworthy, will shut down your business without reason.

After almost two years of using square to process transaction in our store, they turned around one day and cancelled our account without giving reason. When asked for a reason they said they don't have to give any store a reason for canceling an account. All customer service is outsourced. Avoid Square and try and find a real payment processor.

I've been using ESET anti-virus for several decades!

I've been using ESET anti-virus and protection since the NOD and NOD32 was first introduced. I've been well pleased with the service and it has kept me out of major trouble over 25 years! I recommend it to family and friends as it works so well! Thank you ESET team for a great product!

make things less cumbersome. I had to renew my protection and did not know that an expired debit card automatically transfers info to the new card number. Neither did your person on the phone.

Easy to use and versatile

ESET is easy to use and works on all my devices including my Amazon Fire.Customer support has been excellent.

i ordered for 2 computers

i ordered for 2 computers, 1 laptop and 1 desk top some how you connected to 2 laptops , 1 laptop dead and gone. need 2nd subscription for a desktop which im sending from which is a HP Pavillion I3Help Maybe???

The directions for renewing the…

The directions for renewing the subscription were not friendly. First there was deal a person had to go to some "form" before applying for the renewal and how to get the "form" was not given. A second "form" was also necessary before getting the application. At that time I asked for help and they felt the renewal was in process but a note came up that activation was necessary. This renewal last for at least 2-3 weeks during time there seem to be various people getting into the computer. I am not an IT person and did not understand some of the terminology used. Believe it should easier to make a renewal for nonIT people.

They made a repair ticket number and got a hold of the repairman that they use in this area and it was done, it was no problem at all ...showed up fixed the problem at no cost it's great ..I'm so glad I have D&G
