I’m very happy with services provided by Domestic and General! As my barely used Whirlpool washer stopped working 13 months after purchasing. Domestic and General, was instrumental in getting my washer replace with a new Whirlpool washer. Thanks again!

0 out of 10. Definitely they will hold your funds at least twice a month for nonsense stupid investigation that doesn't exist. Look for better alternatives. I've been with them for a long time and now time to move my business to somewhere else. Worst platform ever

Good Product, Bad MFA Experience—Locked Into ESET’s App

Edit: added 2 stars for the response, and excellent customer service.=====I’m giving 2 stars because, in the end, ensuring I have backup recovery codes is my responsibility. I was supposed to receive an email with recovery codes (which is a strange approach in itself). ESET forces you to use their proprietary authenticator app, which uses OTP—not standard TOTP. There’s no option for any other MFA method.If you don’t have your backup codes and something goes wrong with the ESET app, you’re in for a rough ride. To their credit, customer support was helpful and a supervisor was able to reset my account. That’s good. I get that strong security is often inconvenient.But my complaint is being forced into a method I don’t want. Let me use a hardware key. Let me use Authy or any TOTP-based authenticator. I love the core product, but for this reason, I won’t be renewing my business subscription.
