Terrible experience

Terrible experience! Yesterday, I opened the app to charge a client, but I couldn't find a way to do it. As a result, I had to leave without completing the transaction. I don't understand why Square doesn't have a simple button that says "GET PAID" immediately upon opening the app.Additionally, when I tried to obtain a payment link on the desktop, I found it very difficult to navigate the process. It's frustrating!

Am I Protected?

It's confusing which package I purchased for basic protection. I renewed the subscription and ended with something different than what I had the year before. In order to get the same coverage, I would have to pay more. Then I would continue to get alerts while I'm online that I'm not protected and need to renew my subscription. Don't trust the protection with what I have.

Tim was our service person

Tim was our service person. Very personable and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done with the fridge. He worked quickly and completed the job in no time. Our water problem appears to be solved. We have had no issues since he fixed it.

Tariff Fee?

Pens are fine, but I don't appreciate the $22 "tariff fee" I wrongfully assumed these were made in America. I won't be reordering.

The pens I ordered fall apart and break…

The pens I ordered fall apart and break after using them just a few times. They are very cheaply made. This is somewhat embarrassing as I gave these out to 150+ people.

Square's fees are ridiculously high

Square's fees are ridiculously high. I switched to another provider and saved a significant amount of money. Their customer service wasn't helpful when I tried to resolve an issue with a charge. Wouldn't recommend.

I love how easy & user friendly the app is

I love the ease of having the ability to have the app on my phone as well as the user friendly capabilities of the app itself. I have never experienced any issues using Square.
