Over 14 years Eset security scans have not allowed a single virus or malware attack to disrupt my computer. The software has never failed to launch upon computer startup nor have any Eset scans fail to somplete. In summary, Eset has demonstrated excellent, dependable performance.
I purchased a new computer. When I tried to login to my identity protection, it kept telling me I would receive a code in my email account. Long story short, I never received a code. I called customer support and received multiple bs answers over several calls. I paid a king’s ransom for protection that is nonexistent. The worst part of this ordeal is no one can explain what happened to my financial data. I have zero trust with Eset. Don’t believe all the glowing reviews.
