Super “dry” experience!

Love the product, absolutely hate the customer service and will never purchase online again. Tracking status is unclear (stuck in “in transit” for several days with no clarity where the package is in the delivery cycle). It took more than 10 days to get my order, by day 8 I contacted Superdry via chat support. The rep was “super DRY”. All she could do was check with another team that would get back to me in 48 hours. Well, 48 hours passed and no one reached out to me, then the package arrived the next day. If you are thinking of ordering online, expect a long wait and don’t expect any useful help from their customer service.

sweatshirts run way too small

delivery went fine. I am just struck again that the sweatshirts run so small. My grandson is at most a size Large in any other brand. He had to wear a XXL in Superdry sizes. And that just fits and can never ever shrink.

Thankful for excellent service

Thankful for excellent service! My husband and I are in our 70’s and when our unit went out, we knew it was going to be hot here in sweltering Alabama. Our call to Skelton-Brown for a repair was answered immediately. Ethan, our service tech, came, diagnosed the problem, temporarily got our AC running for the time it would take for parts for the permanent repair to come in. Thank goodness! New parts will be installed Monday. Highly recommend Ethan and Skelton-Brown HVAC.

The other products were "bloated", the tech said.

I asked an employee of a computer repair shop who he uses for protection. He told me about Eset, wrote it down and everything. TEN YEARS AGO. I'm a happy camper.
