Premium pricing seemed opaque.

I am a long-time customer using ESET on a variety of machines. Each year in July, my subscription normally renews. This year was different, as I somehow ended up with the "Premium" edition. I don't think the subscription pricing was clear and seemed opaque to me. When I received a message listing the pricing, I quickly called ESET and complained. I had to cancel the subscription over the phone, however I was not able to renew my regular home subscription at the same time. The ESET representative said they would call me back, but never did. The next day I had to call again and then re-subscribe to the home edition.

Prior to ESET

Prior to ESET, I used a number of famous company's software programs for anti-virus. Each and every one of the ones I had in the past failed. One thing they all shared....relentless marketing campaigns. Instead of spending so much energy on marketing and ads...a better and effective product would have kept me as a customer. I've been using ESET with great luck...no problems,no hackers, no viruses. Easy to purchase-easy to install-easy to use.
