Even though I have ESET on my computer, I was a victim of fraud. A screen popped up that claimed to be Microsoft Security. When I decided to deal with it later I could not close the notice and called the 800 number. Unknown to me when they told me to contact my bank, I dialed the number and was rerouted to scammers. Following their instructions I lost close to $12,000. The scammers managed to get into my computer even with ESET. Don't fall for these jerks, I'm still trying to get myself out of a financial hole.
