Review Time
I recently renewed my ESET and was given so much information that I had not been privy to when I first had ESET installed. Hence the 4 stars and not 5. I had hired a computer tech when I purchased my new computer w/ Windows 11, he recommended ESET and installed it for me. However, he bypassed all the info because he knew it but did not inform me of the particulars. Only when I renewed was I given all the information and instructions. I am overwhelmed by how much more I should have been made aware of. With all of that said, I am on a journey to discover how much more ESET provides for me. I almost did not renew because of my lack of information. so glad I did. Thank you.
Don’t get insurance with @manypets_uk had their coverage for 4 years in US and out of nowhere they are “no longer doing business” and many pets sent us to another carrier who doubled the price of my pet insurance I was a huge advocate for their coverage until this happened. Now I’ll be stuck paying $400 a month pet insurance vs the $200 to keep coverage and not loose any pre existing conditions with the new carrier they choose to sell us off too. @manypets_uk cannot be trusted . Extremely disappointed .
We have used Square for many years with great success. However, if there is a problem, it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a person. They put me into a chat loop that has, so far, taken over 3 hours to reach a conclusion. Their chat seems so antiquated that both parties become frustrated, and although their employees are very polite, each step of the way takes ages to accomplish. For a busy business owner like I am, the time that I have spent with Square Chat has been a total loss of revenue and patience. I can only hope that they were able to finally accomplish what they said they did. Hence only 4 stars for this great company. Consider yourself fortunate if you never need to contact their support team.
