I have been using ESET for many years. I learned about it at a previous employer. They were using it at our headquarters and claimed it was the best. It stopped all the virus crap and it didn't slow down any operations while performing its job. I will always keep it running on my home system now!
Many Pets have been great, always processing our sheltie's claims promptly. We are very concerned that Many Pets is leaving the US pet insurance market. Our only option is to transition to Odie when our policy is up for renewal. We researched Odie, and found very poor customer reviews. This is very disappointing!
My Square account was abruptly frozen on October 5, 2023, and over 180 days (6 months) have now passed—exceeding the maximum freeze period stated in Square’s Payment Terms—yet my funds remain unreleased. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer support via email and phone , responses have been limited to generic replies like "under further investigation," with no transparency on progress or a concrete timeline for resolution.
