I'm facing difficulties withdrawing my funds. Please help me understand who I should contact regarding this issue. It's frustrating that accessing my deposit is so complicated when it should be straightforward. I've never encountered such a troubling situation before, and I always found the service dependable for payments, making this experience quite unusual.
On October 24, 2025, amidst screens and promises, I placed Order #12393 for an Iceriver AE3 – 2 GH/s. Four days later, on October 27, I fulfilled my part of the agreement, paying the first installment of US$ 1,681.14 in BTC.When the market turned and uncertainty knocked on the door, I still acted in good faith: on November 5 at 13:36, I sent an additional deposit of 0.00838001 BTC (short hash 9d0e07…e7f4d6, address bc1qkj84…aj74yt).It wasn’t just money — it was trust, paid in advance.Days passed, and the story diverged:On one side, I was told that Order #11729 (Iceriver AE3 – 600 MH/s) would be ready for installation on November 15.On the other, Order #12393 kept slipping down the calendar — not before November 23, possibly not until December.A machine that doesn’t run doesn’t pay the bills, and revenue that never starts doesn’t cover installments. To make things more complicated, two withdrawals were left pending — one of them over US$ 2,000, stuck in limbo: no processing, no TXID, no timeline. So I stopped and added up the story, in numbers — because transparency is also written in digits:US$ 1,681.14 — the installment for Order #12393, for a machine never installed;~US$ 877.42 — the good-faith deposit (0.00838001 BTC), calculated using the platform’s own rate;> US$ 2,000 — a pending withdrawal with no TXID.That’s over US$ 4,558 immobilized, not counting the second pending withdrawal, which exists only in the company’s internal records.Requested ActionsWhat I’m asking for isn’t extraordinary — it’s simply consistent with the facts and good faith already demonstrated:Proceed with the installation of Order #11729 on November 15, as promised, using my good-faith deposit as credit toward the provisioning/hosting costs of that ASIC.Immediately cancel Order #12393, which was never installed, and refund in full the US$ 1,681.14 installment, in BTC, via the same payment method.Update the status of both pending withdrawals, specifying:The reason for the delay; The expected completion time (ETA);And, once processed, the corresponding TXIDs.Waive any cancellation, storage, or restocking fees, since there was no installation, no hashrate, and no service provided for Order #12393.Closing StatementI’m not asking for privilege — only for consistency and fairness.Every transaction, every deposit, every message exchanged represents a record of trust, and honoring that trust requires transparency, accountability, and reciprocity.
I sold a used miner on the oneminers.com marketplace, but the experience has been highly disappointing. It has been impossible to recover the money from this sale on their platform. Despite several attempts to contact them, no payment has been issued and the transaction cannot be traced. Even more frustrating, their helpdesk completely stopped responding to my requests for help or explanations. This lack of communication and failure to pay sellers makes the marketplace unreliable and risky. I strongly advise caution before selling any used miner through their marketplace, as the chance of losing your funds and receiving no customer support is very high. This corresponds with frequent user complaints about problems withdrawing sale proceeds and non-responsive support on the oneminers marketplace service.
Placed an order for a miner, with priority processing still has not been shipped and its been over 10 days, no update, no shipping, no reply, no email, they took my money and nothing was received.Updating my review to 4 stars since I did receive my machine however it took longer then I expected given the expectations.
Nah nah ain't recommending this brand! How could they ignore their customer for a 2 days now? I need some answers bruhh. How could ur web works just fine but your mobile app has many errors! Fix it for our convenience! I might up this if you alr fixed it!Update: They gave me a discount for my next purchase
saw a blog post about the reliability of this brand. I read all the benefits they offer when I choose to get a miner and host it with them. that time, i thought it was just a click bait, but when i tried to asked them through email, they responded and gave me the hosting contract. they also put me in a voice call, and i asked them if i could see them, they didn;t hesistate to put me on video call. They asked me about my budget. After that, they gave me a representative to calcuate my estimated daily earnings/profit. Now, my miner has been working so fine.
I have to write this because this is my real experience with this brand. I went with home mining since i did the math for this :). At first, they were really responsive with all my inquirie;and, continues being that as i paid and received my miner, they're still entertaining me, luckily they teach me how to troubleshoot it. Also, I realized that they gave me a guide link on my email which I admit it's my fault too.
Purchased a USED miner a week ago. 0 communication of any sort of status. USED miners are a flip of a switch, I'm guessing. If they go to a mining pool then there is NO switching. They just need to account that the transaction dollars flip to me. Support is NO help. They want your email and WhatsAPP or Telegram. Even after you give them that, the don't read emails...they want screenshots of what the problem is. What the heck? So, some user puts their miner up for sale (seller), some user, (me -- the buyer) buys it. The used miner is now mining to ... somewhere ... probably ONEMINER pool...so what's the rush to assign the miner to me? NONE! This tech company needs to incorporate some automation. This should be done 5 minutes after "crypto trades hands".
It was my first time trying mining and I had no clue where to start. I asked support a ton of questions and expected them to get annoyed but they were super patient and explained things step by step. Big thanks to Oneminers for making it less stressful 🙂
I am not a OneMiners customer. I joined their official Telegram to research hosting. Over several days, many users reported 15–25% lower rewards across BTC/KAS/Scrypt while being charged full electricity. I suggested that affected users post detailed reviews on public sites (Google, Trustpilot). I was banned from the group after that message. This moderation behavior concerns me. If you consider them, insist on pool control, per-device metering, and a one-miner pilot with verifiable logs.
