These people took payments of mine... then said they couldnt verify and then the payments just disappeared and the customers cards were never refunded... these people are frauds... how can you accept a payment if you cant verify me in the first place FRAUDS!! RUN!! use Paypal or anything else

Do not engage with this company

Do not engage with this company! They deactivate accounts while holding funds. We are a large company working with multiple payment processors in parallel. We registered a Square account a week ago, completed the setup, and processed our first payment. In response, we received a series of questions, to which we provided accurate documents and explanations. Exactly 6 minutes later, our account was deactivated. Do not even attempt to work with them – you will waste your time and effort.How could they have reviewed all the information we provided in just 6 minutes?! This is blatant SCAMM.

Square is easy to use and offers great services. People can make payments online through my website as well as me send invoices or take payments in person. Many options to offer to my customers and not miss out on a sale.

The customer service

The customer service. Lack of speaking to banking department. The fraud department flagged an invoice and caused us much hardship with time and the customer's funds were being held by your team. I could not speak to anyone that could explain the issue. To date the reason was inaccurate. The funds came from a bank NOT a credit card as your team claimed. Every time I emailed or spoke to a person, there was a different story and reason for the flagging of funds. Square has to work on customer service with banking, I also has issues with paying bills. A check got lost, then I canceled auto pay and the check send anyway..without anyone to speak to about the problem. It takes days if not weeks to resolve a simple question or issue. m
