Review Time
I don’t have any complaints about Square..every time I called customer service..I wasn’t on hold for hours and I received a warm greeting with an information response. I’m a super small business and I was only able to qualify for my first business loan through square… every tool that they have is useful.. I didn’t even realize they offered so much until I called for help on something so small. Because of square I’ve grown my business by over 3 times and I’m getting ready to invest in another one!
Square has no customer service, they have no care for anyone or their business. There is no one for you to talk with that can give you worthwhile information, they have individuals responding to calls that have no control over anything but just answering the phone. All they provide is scripted responses, nothing to value you as a customer. Didn't want to add a star but review would not get accepted without a star.
Finding the right kitchen for us and going through the whole process of ordering and fitting has been a good experience all round . Nothing has been too much trouble from start to finish from John at Parkgate Rotherham showroom to Andy and Ray the fitters and the worktop fitting team . We are highly satisfied with the care and professionalism we had from everyone involved from start to finish and our kitchen is perfect for us , the units are good quality and the finish is perfect , extremely satisfied customer .
We have recently purchased a kitchen from Wren in Cardiff Gate and I must say that the process has been seamless and unpressurised. The lovely Abigail Thomas has been amazing and is an asset to Wren! Her approach is perfect. Knowledgeable, detailed, reassuring and without any pressure - exactly what is required!
