We thought this pen style was a new version of an older version that we lovedin 2022. They are NOT the same. The quality is downhill as far as writing and ink. They look cute, but what is a cute pen that doesn't work. The ink has run out on each pen after only a few uses. They are not consistent.
Deactivated my account for NO reason, still holding my money 4 months later, Every time I call in they give me a new date, I'm lied to. treated disrespectful, I got people who couldn't speak clear English, i was told i couldn't speak to a manager< please No one do business with them, too many companies that do good legit business. they will take your money and give you no reason why!!!!! they stole hundreds and never returned it.
